Founded and operated by Lizabeth Noyce, Coastal Living Concierge provides trusted, conscientious oversight of your Florida residence while you're away, with a focus on responsiveness and attention to detail.
From scheduled residence checks and correspondence handling to coordinating household services, you have a direct point of contact when something needs attention.
Scheduled checks of your residence, including a general visual review and agreed-upon household tasks. If something appears unusual, I'll contact you promptly and share photos when helpful.
Collect mail and packages; separate important-looking correspondence from junk mail; photograph selected items for your review; and open or forward items at your request, according to your service level.
Start your vehicle, run water and flush toilets when authorized, and replace moisture-control products and HVAC filters as included in your service level.
Arrange access and meet approved cleaners, technicians and other service providers, with follow-up as needed. Appointment time limits and additional charges are agreed in advance.

HVAC filters, moisture-control products and other household supplies are to be ordered and provided by the client. Services and pricing depend on location and individual requirements.

From groceries to a clean home, everything is ready when you arrive.
72 hours' notice required for scheduling. Grocery orders should generally be placed by the client through Instacart or another delivery service. Purchases, shopping time and third-party charges are separate.
Managing a renovation or home improvement from another state? I can help coordinate the details and keep you informed while you are away.
Hourly rates: $50–$90, depending on appointment type and location. Two-hour minimum per appointment. Customized monthly arrangements available upon consultation.
Project Liaison & Oversight is administrative coordination and progress reporting, not construction supervision, code inspection or legal review.
